Before I approve this plan, I need to see some type of agreement from the property owner to the north allowing Dutch Bros to roll the containers onto their property and allowing the refuse vehicle to access the containers also on their property. If the property owner to the north sells that property some time in the future and the new property owner objects to this arrangement, we will have to deal with that at that time.
