08/06/2019 | JVWINKL1 | ENV SVCS | REVIEW | Reqs Change | The only additional question I have is where is the container servicing point? The remainder of the subject property is the Dutch Bros. drive through and customer parking as well as the existing on-site building. Please have the applicant identify the container servicing (pick-up) point. Thanks. Tom Ryan, P. E. City of Tucson - Environmental & General Services Department ---------------------------------------------- (The "attached site plan" mentioned here can be viewed on PRO in the "Documents" section) From: Thomas Ryan To: CDRC CC: Pat Tapia; Michael Bowlden Date: 08/07/2019 2:47 PM Subject: Dutch Bros. , Grant & Swan, DS19-11 TSMR Environmental & General Services Department (EGSD) has reviewed the submitted materials for the Technical Standard Modification Request (TSMR) for the Dutch Bros. restaurant property located at Grant and Swan in Tucson. The TSMR is to roll out the refuse and recycling containers from the enclosure for servicing. I have had several phone calls / emails with Blake Junak from Cypress Civil Development (Cypress) concerning this project. EGSD would approve the rolling out of the containers at this site for servicing. My only additional question for Cypress Civil Development is where is the container servicing point. I asked Blake Junak to identify the container servicing (pick-up) point and he sent me the attached site plan showing the container servicing location. It is proposed that the containers be rolled to the property to the immediate north of the Dutch Bros. property. Cypress stated that they are obtaining an access agreement with the property owner to the north allowing for the placement and servicing of the containers on the adjacent property. Please have Cypress send me a copy of the access agreement for this action. The access agreement will be reviewed by EGSD and our Real Estate group. If the access agreement is acceptable, we can issue a formal approval of the TSMR. Thank you and let me know if there are any questions. Tom Ryan, P. E.
