Hedrick Drive in Tucson. The applicant is proposing to construct eight two bedroom apartments on the subject site. The small size of the property is not amenable to construction of a concrete block enclosure for containers for refuse and recycling materials. An enclosure is also not compatible with the single family nature of the surrounding neighborhood. The applicant is proposing to use two 95 gallon Automated Plastic Containers (APCs) at each apartment (one APC for refuse and one APC for recycling materials) which will be rolled out to E. Hedrick Drive for servicing. Based on this review, the Environmental & General Services Department approves the TSMR for the 1621 E. Hedrick Drive property.
