TSMR - 7-01.3.3.A - Denied - A TSMR process is a request to modify not eliminate a Technical Standard. You are requesting to eliminate a required sidewalk that runs from the McDonald's site to the ROW along Country Club. Per TSM Section 7-01.4.A At least one sidewalk is required to a project from each street on which the project has frontage, unless there is no vehicular access from a street because of a physical barrier, such as a drainageway or an unbroken security barrier (e.g., a wall or fence). The sidewalk should be located to minimize any conflict with vehicular access to the project. This standard does not require that it connect to a sidewalk within the ROW. At a minimum the required sidewalk must extend to the McDonald's site west property line along County Club. ADA requirements cannot be modified by a TSMR.
