Please remember to label each file name must start with a number that represents the review being performed (1 for 1st review, 2 for 2nd review, etc.) Name each document and plan set with a unique name that identifies the file Example 1 (first submittal): 1_application.pdf 1_rezoning_conditions.pdf 1_development_package.tiff 1_soils_report.pdf If the submittal is complete, you will receive a confirmation email of the activity number and assessed fees within 5 working days of the upload date. The confirmation email will be the start date of the 20 working day review. You will need to pay the assessed fees in person prior to the completion of the first (1st) review.
