The Environmental & General Services Department (EGSD) has completed our review of the Development Package for the proposed single family subdivision at Alta Linda at Starr Pass. This Development Package requested Technical Service Modification Requests (TSMR) for issues relating to the length and width of the dead end street proposed for this subdivision.

The proposed dead end street design includes the following:

•A street width of 24 feet. This street width is acceptable to EGSD for servicing the plastic refuse and recycling containers..
•The curb radius at the turn-around is 25 feet. This curb radius is also acceptable to EGSD for maneuverability of the waste servicing vehicles.

It is noted that a minimum height clearance of 25 feet is required over the container servicing area.

In summary, the TSMR's proposed for this project are acceptable to EGSD and do not present any issues with the servicing of the refuse or recycling containers.

Please contact me if there are any questions concerning this review. Thank you.
