The TSMR is approved on June 21, 2018. Add the case number, DS18-09, in the lower right hand corner next to the title block on each sheet of the development package. Add a general note that includes the case number, type of request, date of approval, modifications granted, and conditions imposed, if any, to the development package.





Conditions of Approval

Also, There is an error in the TSMR form that should be corrected. It is modification request 2. The Two travel lanes shown on the plans are only 8' wide each, not 9' as indicated in the request. Can you please send me the updated application?
