Provide on plans the turning radii for a standard AASHTO passenger vehicle showing that said vehicle can enter and exit the proposed garage. | 06/01/2018 | KLEE1 | ENV SVCS | REVIEW | Approved | Kelly, The Environmental & General Services Department (EGSD) has completed our review of the Technical Standard Modification Request for the Graymont subdivision proposal. The applicant is requesting approval for individual refuse and recycling plastic containers for each residential unit rather than providing a centralized on-site waste collection system. There are eight residential units proposed for this development. Although not stated in the TSMR, we assume this request is due to the lack of space within the proposed development to provide the necessary access and maneuverability for refuse vehicles servicing metal containers housed in concrete block enclosures. Due to the space restrictions on this site, EGSD approves the use of refuse and recycling plastic containers for each residential unit in the Graymont development rather than providing a centralized waste collection system. Please contact me if there are any questions concerning this review. Tom Ryan, P. E. City of Tucson - Environmental & General Services Department |
