Ontario Street. The Development Package number on a plan sheet he provided is DP17-0034. Mr. Carrera is proposing that each residential unit be provided with one 95 gallon APC for refuse and one 95 gallon APC for recycling materials. The containers would be rolled to the curb along W. Ontario Street on the day of servicing. Environmental Services approves the use of APCs for this development. Mr. Carrera asked if Environmental Services requires that the APCs be placed at a specific location on each residential property.
