| 12/20/2017 | AHINES2 | ENV SVCS | REVIEW | Approved | The Environmental & General Services Department has completed our review of the Technical Standard Modification Request (TSMR) for the Graze Premium Burgers site at 5635 E. Broadway Boulevard in Tucson. The TSMR is for an 18 foot curb radius for two entrances on the south side of the subject site off of E. Broadway Boulevard. Standard refuse servicing vehicles would be able to maneuver into the Graze Premium Burgers site with this radius. Figure 6 in Section 8 of the City of Tucson Technical Standards Manual specifies an 18 foot radius for a refuse truck turnaround for a "T" shape or hammerhead design. On Figure 6, the width of the Parking Area Access Lane is 24 feet which is also the width of the two entrances along Broadway Boulevard. The waste enclosure in the northwest corner of the site is in compliance with the Section 8 specifications and is approved. The waste generation calculations are correct.
