05/17/2017 | KLEE1 | ENV SVCS | REVIEW | Approved | Kelly, The City of Tucson - Environmental and General Services Department (ESGD) has completed our review of DS17-07 TSMR for Circle K / First Submittal. The following TSMR's are requested: •Use existing sidewalk along Grant Road and Sahuaro Street. •Reduce curb return to accommodate catch basin. Based on our review, approval of these two TSMRs would not negatively impact the maneuverability of refuse service vehicles to access the solid waste and recycling enclosure on the west side of the convenience store building. The proposed new solid waste and recycling enclosure meets the specifications in Section 8 of the Technical Standards Manual. The waste stream calculations are correct for this facility. In summary, ESGD has no objections to the proposed two TSMRs and to the proposed solid waste and recycling plans for the Circle K facility. Please call me at (520) 837-3713 if there are any questions concerning this review. Tom Ryan, P. E. City of Tucson - Environmental and General Services Department |
