07/06/2016 PAUL BAUGHMAN ENGINEERING REVIEW Reqs Change Per previous discussions with Greg Carlson Engineering the drainage from the 10 year storm must be conveyed beneath the sidewalk. The TSMR request is to build the sidewalk at grade. The plans show a general keynote 18 which callout a 5-cell scupper structure with a reference to see a detail on sheet 2. There was no scupper detail on sheet 2 on the first submittal for review. The request for an at-grade sidewalk, without additional information, implies the draiange is intended to cross over the sidewalk. Please call or email to ensure an acceptable detail is provided and proper verbage is used in the request for a TSMR.
