TRANSMITTAL DATE: January 15, 2016 DUE DATE: January 21, 2016 COMMENTS: Conditionally approved. 01. Zoning conditionally approves the TSMR request with the condition that the path from the front door to the street sidewalk is ADA compliant. Cross and running slopes must comply with the minimum slope requirements listed in the ANSI Chapter Four - Accessible Routes. 02. The running slopes may not exceed a 1 in 12 (8.33%) slope and the cross slopes may not exceed 2%. 03. The plans must include the grades depicting the slopes along the striped path from the front door location to the connection made at the new sidewalk. 04. The drawing must also include two detailed drawings with slope information for the following locations; the connection from the striped area to the north section of the new sidewalk and the sidewalk connection to existing sidewalk along the street right of way. 05. Revisions to the DP plan sheets must be made for zoning approval. 06. List the TSMR case number in the lower right corner of the plans sheets.
