05/29/2015 PATRICIA GEHLEN ZONING-DECISION LETTER WRITE DECISION LETTER Reqs Change Revise plans and resubmit TSMR
05/29/2015 PGEHLEN1 ENV SVCS REVIEW Reqs Change The TSMR has been reviewed on behalf of Environmental Services. The Plan requires change prior to approval.
1. The turning movements of the service vehicle have been added to the plan, however they are shown incorrectly. The width of the truck path through the turning movements is 14 ft. , not the 10 ft. shown.
2. Though it is acknowledged the existing wall on the adjoining property is up to 7.5 ft. from the property line, it doesn’t appear there is a restriction that would prevent the owner of that property from placing the wall on the property line in the future. Show the 3 ft. clearance from the property line.
The above two comments relate to TSM 8-01.5.3E which was mentioned in the original comments but not specifically in this TSMR request. It appears that minor modifications to the plans can accommodate these requirements. Environmental Services is not willing to grant modifications to this standard, and the required turning movements and clearances need to be provided.
