Address all DP review comments and resubmit the DP for review and approval. List the TSMR case number in the lower right corner of all DP plan sheets, list as a general note on the DP cover sheet, the case number, date of approval and any conditions of approval. Engineering Division recommends approval of the TSMR at this time. TSMR PLAN: 1. Provide a General Note on the Development Plan Package (DP15-0064) referencing the TSMR Case #, date of approval and any conditions (if applicable). 2. A pedestrian access area four (4) feet in width is to be provided adjacent to the north boundary between the property line and striped parking spaces. 3. Post and Cable barriers are to be provided along the entire length of the pedestrian access area to keep vehicles from overlapping on to the striped pedestrian walkway.
