1) All utility conflicts be resolved (owner to relocate street light and any other utility facilities) so that there are no utilities within proposed vehicular or pedestrian areas.
2) Radii on the Development Package plans shall be updated to match approved TSMR and to reflect accurate existing conditions to remain (including dimension of existing curb radius at Lester & Oracle).
