1. Standard 10-01.9. 4 foot sidewalk is acceptable due to 4 foot sidewalk in the established area. However a 2 foot space between the back of curb anf the sidewalk must be maintained.

2. Standard 10-01.3.2c . Approved, no curb return radius required. However a new standard apron will be required.

3. Standard 10-01.3.2c Approved no curb return required However a standard apron will be required.

4. 10-01.4.1A.1.a. A 4 foot sidewalk on Manitoba is acceptable.

A 6 foot sidewalk along Escalante is required. (curb and sidewalk) Standard ramps are required on the corner of Escalanta and Manitoba.

5. Driveway and Alley separation is acceptable. The Driveway will require a standard apron.

06/04/2014 PATRICIA GEHLEN ZONING-DECISION LETTER WRITE DECISION LETTER Approv-Cond TSMR approved conditionally on 6/4/2014. TDOT and PDSD Engineering conditions must be meet.

Add the TSMR number to all sheets of the plan set.

Add a general note to the tentative plat that lists the approval date, case number, modifications requested and conditions imposed.
