COMMENTS:

01. Zoning has reviewed the TSMR request and conditionally approves the request "Contingent" upon approval by the Environmental Serves Department. If E.S. does not approve the TSMR request, the conditional approval by zoning is void and revisions to the development package site plan must be made and resubmitted for review.

If the TSMR is approved by all review agencies list the TSMR case number, date of approval and conditions of approval on the development package plans sheets. The case number must be listed next to the title block of all plan sheets, a general note that includes the case number date of approval and the conditions of approval should be listed on the cover sheet or general notes sheet.

11/04/2013 PGEHLEN1 ENV SVCS REVIEW Approv-Cond The Development Plan is conditionally approved pending the following
revisions are reflected on the next submittal:

1. Provide letters at least 4" high in either red, yellow
or white (which ever contrasts more against the color of the enclosure) to
the front of the fascia of the roof just above the gates that says "Caution
- Low Overhead". Show the lettering and color on the revised plans.

2. Show the recycle enclosure and bollard placements as
shown on the plan by R. Ridge on 11.14 but with one bollard moved to protect
the compactor.

3. Show the grading of the concrete enclosure floor and
the apron to reflect a maximum slope in any direction of 0.2% to ensure easy
rolling of the recycle container.
