Development Standards may not be eliminated through the DSMR process only modified while still meeting the intent of the standard that is to be modified. This DSMR request does not provide for an alternative location or method (paved pathway) for the required sidewalk within the right-of-way of the new public roadway. A variance with justification is required to eliminate the required sidewalk.
