Request: DS 2-08.5.1.A – Modify the Development Standard to give relief for the 4’ wide accessible route to 3 feet.

DS 3-05.2.2.B.3 – Modify the Development Standard to allow a PAAL that is two feet shy of required twenty-four feet PAAL.

The Development Standard Modification Request (DSMR) for DS 2-08.5.1.A listed above is not needed based on relief from DS 3-05.2.2.B.3 which has been APPROVED with the following conditions:

1. HC Site is deleting the requirement for the 2’ shy PAAL so that a curb overhang will not be necessary and a 4’ wide accessible route may be maintained. Please set the wheels stops back to the required 2.5’ from the curb line.


PLEASE NOTE THAT A GENERAL NOTE MUST BE ADDED TO THE PLAN WHICH STATES THE DSMR CASE NUMBER, DATE OF APPROVAL, MODIFICATIONS GRANTED, AND CONDITIONS IMPOSED. IN ADDITION, THE CASE NUMBER MUST BE ADDED TO EACH SHEET OF THE PLAN, IN THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER NEAR THE TITLE BLOCK.
