COMMENTS: Approved with conditions

1. After discussing the DSMR request(s) with the Zoning Administrator (due to unusual circumstances) the following is approved and approved with conditions.

DS 2-08.3.1 - pedestrian circulation and accessible circulation, and accessible route surface: All circulation as proposed on the DSMR plan sheet is acceptable to Zoning with the following conditions and changes. 1. The pedestrian surface in front and corners of Building Two must be concrete.
2. Barriers such as wheel stops or bollards at a minimum of 5 feet on center must be provided for the sidewalk in front of Building 2 and the path from Building One to Building Two except where the vehicle crossing occurs. The alternative is to provide raised concrete sidewalks at these locations.

2. DS 6-01.4.1.A - Zoning supports this DSMR request contingent upon Environmental Services supports and approves the request as well TDOT approval due to right of way concerns.

The Development Standard Modification Request (DSMR) for DS 2-05.2.4.K listed above has been APPROVED with the following conditions:

IN ADDITION, THE CASE NUMBER MUST BE ADDED TO EACH SHEET OF THE DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE, IN THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER NEAR THE TITLE BLOCK.
