Request: DS 3-01 Figure 2 (A) - Modify the Development Standard to reduce the travel lanes to 16 feet for 5th Avenue and Herbert Avenue to one way southbound travel with mountable curb on both sides to provide a 20 foot fire access lane.

DS 3-01 Figure 2 (B) - Modify the Development Standard street cross section to allow angled parking along 5th Avenue to back out into the public street.

DS 3-01.2.7.A - Modify the Development Standard to allow only one side of Student Way to have sidewalks.

DS 3-01.5.2.A - Modify the Development Standard to modify the short stem of all sight visibility triangles from 20 feet to 15 feet.

DS 6-01.2.2 - Modify the Development Standard to allow trash and recycling dumpsters to be located within the parking garage and rolled out manually adjacent to public streets or public right of way.
