Request: DS 2-08.3.1 - Temporarily Modify the Development Standards to temporarily delay accessible access to Country Club Road. In the Future when road widening occurs, access must be provided by means of a concrete stonewall per ADA and City of Tucson Requirements.

The Development Standard Modification Requests (DSMR) for DS 2-08.3.1, as listed above has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED with the following conditions:

1. The owner must construct an accessible sidewalk from building to the Country Club Road street sidewalk at time of roadway construction. The Sidewalk must be constructed to comply with Development Standard 2-08 and ADA requirements for accessibility.

2. A revised site and grading plan depicting the changes and applicable notes requested by the CDRC committee reviewers is required. Fees for the revised site and grading plans will be applied at time of site and grading plan revision review.


PLEASE NOTE THAT A GENERAL NOTE MUST BE ADDED TO THE TENTATIVE PLAT WHICH STATES THE DSMR CASE NUMBER, DATE OF APPROVAL, MODIFICATIONS GRANTED, AND CONDITIONS IMPOSED. IN ADDITION, THE CASE NUMBER MUST BE ADDED TO EACH SHEET OF THE TENTATIVE PLAT, LANDSCAPE AND NPPO PLAN, IN THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER NEAR THE TITLE BLOCK.
