| 06/28/2010 | DAVID RIVERA | ZONING | REVIEW | Approv-Cond | ZONING TRANSMITTAL FROM: David Rivera Principal Planner DSD Zoning Review Section PROJECT: DSMR-10-03 3108 E Prince Road Tucson Lodge #4 F & AM Development Standard Modification Request Transmittal date: June 28, 2010 COMMENTS: Approved with conditions 1. DS 10.01.11.2.2, Zoning has no adverse comments to this DSMR request and conditionally approves this DSMR if PDSD Engineering approves the modification. 2. DS 2-08.4.1.A, Zoning does not support the request to eliminate the sidewalk as requested. Elimination of the required sidewalk requires a Board of Adjustment Variance approval. 3. DS 2-09.4.1, Zoning supports the DSMR request to relocate the class two bicycle parking. The proposed location does not impact any other requirements such as parking, loading zones pedestrian access etc. Also the location appears to be a in visible and secure area of the site. Include in the plans for plan review a better dimensioned detail drawing of the class two bicycle parking area. If you have any questions about this transmittal, please call David Rivera, (520) 791-5608. |
