1. Zoning conditionally approves the DSMR request with the condition that the owner obtain a Temporary Revocable Easement through the City of Tucson Real Estate Division prior to issuance of the sigh permit.

2. The sign is to be removed and relocated outside the future roadway area. The sign must be removed and relocated out of the right of way unless an extension of the TRE is granted or approved.

3. A new sign permit must be applied and approved at time of the sign relocation or removal.

Request: DS 3-01.5.1.A.1 - Modify the Development Standards to allow a sign to be located in future right of way and as close to passing traffic using a low profile sign at 8 feet high.


The Development Standard Modification Request(s) (DSMR) for DS 3-01.5.1.A.1 listed above has been Conditionally Approved with the following conditions:

IN ADDITION, THE CASE NUMBER MUST BE ADDED TO EACH SHEET OF THE SIGN PLANS, LANDSCAPE PLAN AND NPPO PLAN, IN THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER NEAR THE TITLE BLOCK.
