Request: DS 3-01.5.1.A.1 - Modify the Development Standards to allow signage in a future sight visibility triangle.

The Development Standard Modification Request (DSMR) listed above have been approved by the CDRC committee with the following conditions:

1) At the time that either Fort Lowell Road or 1st Avenue is widened, the owner must remove the signs from the sight visibility triangles at no expense to the City of Tucson.


PLEASE NOTE THAT A GENERAL NOTE MUST BE ADDED TO THE SITE PLAN WHICH STATES THE DSMR CASE NUMBER, DATE OF APPROVAL, MODIFICATIONS GRANTED, AND CONDITIONS IMPOSED. IN ADDITION, THE CASE NUMBER MUST BE ADDED TO EACH SHEET OF THE SITE PLAN, LANDSCAPE PLAN, AND NPPO PLAN, IN THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER NEAR THE TITLE BLOCK.
