Alvernon Way (Lodge on the Desert) 1st Submittal Comments due: 9/16/09 Items reviewed: original Development Plan, D06-0028 & proposed modifications Related: land use plan(s) - Alvernon-BroadwayArea Plan and General Plan Comments: Staff has reviewed this proposal, regarding modifications to the bike parking and internal pedestrian system requirements. While elimination of the sidewalk between buildings 8 and 9 is not desirable, there are alternative, although less convenient and aesthetically pleasing, ways for pedestrians to get around buildings 8 and 9. The request is approved. A re-submittal is not required. Joanne Hershenhorn, 9/15/09 F:\Shardir\UPDfiles\Development Review\CASE_REVIEW\DSMR\09-10\DS09-29.doc |
