1. DS 3-01.2.4.D - Zoning approves the request based on Staff determination specific to this project only. This approval does not set precedent nor does it in any way change the existing DSD policy of approval for this type of DSMR for similar projects.

FYI (The current DSD Policy is to allow a maximum of 25% reduction in visitor parking through a DSMR process when a hardship exists on SFR Residential Developments. Further reduction than 25% would have to be processed through a Board of Adjustments Variance process.)


2. DS 3-01.0 - Zoning does not have any adverse comments to the request for the reduction in Radii for the property line.
TDOT-Traffic Engineering and DSD Engineering approval required.
