"This approval applies only to those areas outside of public right-of-way. Use of thickened edge is not permitted within the public right-of-way unless such approval is first granted by the TDOT Engineering Division"

Also, there are additional changes to the plans that are not subject to the DSMR application. The applicant should discuss these changes with Jason Green of PADS to determine if these can be a Tier 1 grading plan revision or if they must be a Tier 2 revision.
