Request: DS 2-08.3.1 - Modify Development Standards to allow sidewalk in 2nd Street right-of-way to act as on-site pedestrian circulations system north of units 5, 6, and 7,
DS 2-08.5.1.A - Modify Development Standards to allow on site pedestrian circulation system on be a minimum of 42" wide,
DS 6-01 - Modify ESD standard per attached description.


The Development Standard Modification Requests (DSMRs) listed above has been APPROVED by the CRDC committee with the following conditions:

1) Use of the 45-degree enclosure option from Anderson Boulevard conditional upon reduction of the slope at the driveway not to exceed two percent (2%),
2) The trash enclosure diagram provided must include provisions for the gates to be secured in the open and closed positions.



PLEASE NOTE THAT A GENERAL NOTE MUST BE ADDED TO THE SITE PLAN WHICH STATES THE DSMR CASE NUMBER, DATE OF APPROVAL, MODIFICATIONS GRANTED, AND CONDITIONS IMPOSED. IN ADDITION, THE CASE NUMBER MUST BE ADDED TO EACH SHEET OF THE SITE PLAN, LANDSCAPE PLAN, AND NPPO PLAN, IN THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER NEAR THE TITLE BLOCK.
