Development Standard Modification Request

Transmittal date: November 4, 2008

COMMENTS: DSMR 3-01.4.1, DSMR 2-09.4.1 Conditionally Approved

1. DSMR 3-01.4.1: Zoning conditionally approves the modification with approval by DSD Engineering and TDOT. If DSD Engineering and TDOT do not approve the DSMR the conditional approval by Zoning is Void.

2. DSMR 2-09.4.1: Zoning cannot support the modification for the location unless the five-foot wide access aisle can be provided as listed in DS 2-09.5.2. Zoning will support the location of the racks if the 5- foot access aisle can be provided. It appears that by turning the racks in an east/west direction the 6-foot space and 5-foot aisle may be provided. Review the area and see if the racks can be rotated to provide the required dimensions. Zoning will review the revision to the class two bicycle racks at time of resubmittal of the development plan.

If you have any questions about this transmittal, please call David Rivera, (520) 791-5608.
