Dev. Std. 2-08.4.1: DSMR to allow the use of wedge curbing as separation of sidewalk from vehicular travel lane.

Dev. Std. 2-08.4.1.F: DSMR to allow for the placement of a sidewalk between a parking space and PAAL.




It should be noted that the FFEs presented on plan sheet A-1 do not conform with Dev. Std. 11-01.8.1.A. DSD Engineering would object to the approval of a DSMR for the excessive fill elevations.

PLEASE NOTE THAT A GENERAL NOTE MUST BE ADDED TO THE SITE PLAN WHICH STATES THE DSMR CASE NUMBER, DATE OF APPROVAL, MODIFICATIONS GRANTED, AND CONDITIONS IMPOSED. IN ADDITION, THE CASE NUMBER MUST BE ADDED TO EACH SHEET OF THE SITE PLAN, LANDSCAPE PLAN, AND NPPO PLAN, IN THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER NEAR THE TITLE BLOCK.
