Request: DS 3-01.6.3 Modify Development Standards to allow a less than 150 feet jog between streets.
DS 2-03.2.4.L - Modify minimum slope for unlined channel as required by City of Tucson Manual for Drainage Design Section VIII 8.5.8.
DS 9-06 - Modify Development Standards to allow a greater than 5% encroachment into the Protected Riparian Habitiat.
DS 11-01.9.0.9.4 - Modify Development Standards to allow the cut slope to extend to the property line.

The Development Standard Modification Request (DSMR) listed above has been APPROVED by the CRDC committee with the following conditions:

PLEASE NOTE THAT A GENERAL NOTE MUST BE ADDED TO THE TENTATIVE PLAT WHICH STATES THE DSMR CASE NUMBER, DATE OF APPROVAL, MODIFICATIONS GRANTED, AND CONDITIONS IMPOSED. IN ADDITION, THE CASE NUMBER MUST BE ADDED TO EACH SHEET OF THE TENTATIVE PLAT, LANDSCAPE PLAN, AND NPPO PLAN, IN THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER NEAR THE TITLE BLOCK.
