The plans indicate the DSMR is for Rabbit Run Loop. Clarify. 4. The proposed street cross section for Rabbit Run Loop does not provide for on street parking. If no on street parking (visitor parking) is provided then parking is to be provided in common areas at a ratio of one (1) parking space per dwelling unit along Rabbit Run Loop. The visitor parking spaces must be located with 150' of each lot facing Rabbit Run Loop. Per DS 3-01 Figure 1.
