1. Zoning has no issues with the requested DSMR for the backup requirements for the trash enclosure.

2. Zoning cannot approve the requested DSMR for maneuverability in and out of the loading zone. A DSMR cannot be used to change maneuverability requirements of the LUC Sec. 3.4.4.2.C. This would require a Board of Adjustment variance.

A redesign of the location of the loading zone and trash enclosure, by placing them side by side in the area of the indicated trash enclosure may be an option to meet the requirements of the LUC for the loading zone maneuverability.

3. Engineering approval is required.
