MaryAnn Ceveland Way Dev. Std. Modification Review December 28, 2007 Staff offers the following comments: 1. This DSMR request is for tentative plat S07-173, which is currently under review for compliance to rezoning case number C9-06-16 Weinberg-MaryAnn Cleveland Way. To date the tentative plat has not be approved and requires revisions prior to approval. The Department of Urban Planning and Design can not recommend approval of a DSMR request on a tentative plat yet to be approved and subject to rezoning conditions that restricts encroachment (grading approval) into areas such as ERZ, AEZ, and the Esmond Station Railway alignment. Until such time as tentative plat S07-173 review is complete and in compliance with all rezoning conditions imposed by rezoning case C9- 06-16, DUPD staff can not recommend approval of DS07- 56. |
