10/19/2007 MATT FLICK ENGINEERING REVIEW Approv-Cond DSD Engineering has no objection to approval of a DSMR to Dev. Std. 2-08.4.1.C to allow a striped pedestrian refuge area in lieu of a raised sidewalk.

This is a conditional approval and does not negate the requirement that the pedestrian refuge area/path remain flood-free for up to the 10-year discharge.
