| 09/18/2007 | ANDY VERA | ENV SVCS | REVIEW | Approv-Cond | 1. ES has no objections to the DSMR regarding DS 6-01.4.1.C. 2. Es does object to the the Trash Enclosure Detail, sheet 4. Does not provide the minimum required 10 ft x 10 ft inside clear service area between the side and rear bollards and the front gates. DS 6-01.4.1.B. Detail currently shows 9 ft. between the side bollards and 9 ft. 2 in. between the rear bollards and the front gates. 3. Enclosure gates must be equipped with the ability to be secured in the open and closed position. DS 6-01.4.2.C.4. Reqeust to annotate and show within detail, "positive locking with (Bayonet) anchors. Recommend: Qty-4, 1 in. dia. x 6 in. long galvanized pipe flush with concrete." ES would require the above items to be included and corrected for approval. |
