09/10/2007 ANDY VERA ENV SVCS REVIEW Approv-Cond 1. Es has no objections to this request regarding DS 2-08.

2. 12' x 35' loading zone parallel with refuse enclosure appears to conflict with service vehicle maneuverability/ turning radii to approach refuse enclosure and to exit. Previous discussion identified that the loading was going to be moved to the westside of bldg where current 10' x 20' loading zone currently is.

Please clarify additonal loading zone. May work if loading zones are swapped and can demonstrate service vehicle maneuverability to refuse enclosure and to exit area.
