DSD Engineering has no objection or adverse comment to granting a "Minor Encroachment Modification" DSMR for disturbance of less than 5% of the PRA.

The ERR was reviewed for the purposes of this DSMR only. It should be noted that the encroachment removes overbank storage areas within the 100-year floodplain. Removal of the overbank storage may increase downstream flood peaks and should be investigated at time of the drainage report review. The site lies within a designated Critical Basin (Rodeo Wash).
