1. DSMR for DS 3-01.2.2.A: After discussions with Traffic Engineering staff it has been determined that the ADT can be reduced to under 140 ADT based on alternate entrances and likely traffic patterns for the subdivision to the north. DMSR request approved.

2. DSMR for 3-05.2.2.B.1: The development standard modification will not reduce the sidewalk width less than four feet. This width is sufficient to comply with the minimum ADA requirements and is requested for three small section of the sidewalk area. DSMR request approved.

3. DSMR for DS 3-01.3.3.A: Zoning approves the request with the conditions that DSD engineering and TDOT supports and approves the DSMR request. DSMR request approved conditionally.

09/25/2009 MATT FLICK ENGINEERING REVIEW Approved PDSD Engineering has no objection to approval of a DSMR whereby Ponderosa Street ADT is less than 140. PDSD Engineering disagrees with the methodology used.

PDSD Engineering has no objection to approval of a DSMR to allow 4' wide sidewalks at the locations shown. PDSD Engineering disagrees with the reasoning presented.

PDSD Engineering has no objection to approval iof a DSMR to allow the 4' sidewalk along Limberlost Drive to remain as it is in good condition and there are no long stretches where passing is not possible. Whether Limberlost is classified per the MS&RP seems immaterial.
