DMSR request approved. 2. DSMR for 3-05.2.2.B.1: The development standard modification will not reduce the sidewalk width less than four feet. This width is sufficient to comply with the minimum ADA requirements and is requested for three small section of the sidewalk area. DSMR request approved. 3. DSMR for DS 3-01.3.3.A: Zoning approves the request with the conditions that DSD engineering and TDOT supports and approves the DSMR request. DSMR request approved conditionally.
