The North Stone Neighborhood Plan (NSNP) provides guidance for the review of this development.

This site is located at the northwest corner of Stone Avenue and Wetmore Road and within the Tucson Mall Shopping center. The Tucson Mall Shopping Center provides for pedestrian access to restaurant/department stores from Oracle Road, Wetmore Road, and Stone Avenue. This request, to use these existing pedestrian access routes to satisfy the requirement that this development provide a pedestrian circulation path that connects to all public access areas of the development, is not supported by the Plan based on the following:
