Zoning has not objection to granting a DSMR for DS 3-01.6.3

The DSMR for DS 2-08.4.1.F is conditionally approved subject to the pedestrian circulation system being continuous throughout the site and to the right-of-way and ADA compliant (fitted with truncated domes and access ramps at key points).
02/12/2007 JOSE ORTIZ TRAFFIC TRAFFIC Approved Traffic Engineering has no objection to DS07-04 211-261 Sentinal Peak (modification request to Development Standards (3-01.6.3 & 2-08.4.1.F). Due to low trips and low speeds along Sentinal Peak the required 150' jog in street alignments have been waived by Traffic Engineering.

02/16/2007 MATT FLICK ENGINEERING REVIEW Approved DSD Engineering has no objection to granting of a DSMR to DS 3-01.6.3 to allow a less than 150' jog from the entrance to Clausen Circle.

DSD Engineering has no objection to granting of a DSMR to DS 2-08.4.1.F to allow sidewalks or pedestrian refuge areas to be located between a parking space and a PAAL or other vehicle use area.

It should be noted that the layout, as shown with the DSMR application, may not meet the requirements of DS 2-08.4.1.D. DSD Engineering would not favor granting a DSMR to DS 2-08.4.1.D.
