The DSMR request does not affect any Zoning requirements but has a concern related to the safety of not only the workers assigned to do the refuse pick up but also for vehicular traffic and pedestrians. If any or all safety concerns that may occur as a result of this design are addressed to the satisfaction of Traffic Engineering, Environmental Services, and DSD Engineering requirements, Zoning conditionally supports the DSMR. The DSMR is conditionally approved by Zoning pending approval by Traffic Engineering, Environmental Services, and DSD Engineering. The DSMR is void if any of the departments or sections mentioned deny the DSMR. 2. If the DSMR is approved, please list the DSMR case number, date of approval, and conditions of approval (if applicable) on the site plan.
