The site is presently vacant and does not lie within a mapped floodplain and does not lie within a designated critical basin or balanced basin. Detention is not required; threshold retention is required due to the proposed density of the site. Onsite PAALs and drives are to be private.

The DSD Engineering Division has no objection or adverse comment to the granting of a DSMR to Dev. Std. 2-08.4.1.B in order to allow the relocation of the sidewalk from being adjacent to the PAAL to being located along the eastern side of the easternmost units.
