Dev. Std. 3-01.3.2 - No objection to granting the DSMR to allow the omission of curbing along the "garage side" of the drives located in C.A. "A" behind the lots. Curbing shall be provided in the areas between Westmoreland Avenue and Lots 1 and 8, and between Menlo Park Place and Lots 7 and 14.

The Development Standard Modification Requests (DSMRs) listed above has been Conditionally Approved by the CRDC committee. The conditions are as follows:

1) 6" high curbing must be provided in the areas between Westmoreland Avenue and Lots 1 and 8 and between Menlo Park Place and Lots 7 and 14,
2) "No Parking" signs must be places along the private street,
3) A ADA compliant sidewalk must be extended to Common Area B-2 next to lot 7.
