The 9.5' lanes (19' pavement width), concrete header (S.D. 213) and 25' right-of-way width submitted on the S05-252 plan with the DSMR application are unacceptable.

DSD Engineering has no objection or adverse comment to granting the DSMR to Dev. Std. 3-01-2.4.D to allow elimination of on-street parking.

The Development Standard Modification Requests (DSMRs) listed above have been Approved by the CDRC committee with the following conditions:

1) All homes must have automatic fire sprinklers,
2) Add a keynote on the plan that states the one visitor parking space will be provided on each individual lot,
3) Locations of the visitor parking spaces must be drawn and labeled on the plan,
4) The plans and plat must be revised to show a 20' pavement width, vertical curbs, and a 26' right-of-way width.

PLEASE NOTE THAT A GENERAL NOTE MUST BE ADDED TO THE TENTATIVE PLAT WHICH STATES THE DSMR CASE NUMBER, DATE OF APPROVAL, MODIFICATIONS GRANTED, AND CONDITIONS IMPOSED. IN ADDITION, THE CASE NUMBER MUST BE ADDED TO EACH SHEET OF THE TENTATIVE PLAT, LANDSCAPE PLAN, AND NPPO PLAN, IN THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER NEAR THE TITLE BLOCK.
