1. It is not clear on the plan if the required and visitor parking at a ratio of two spaces per unit and one space per unit for visitor parking has been provided. Additional parking may affect the refuse pickup. I would request that the vehicle parking calculation be added to the plan as always required and that the parking spaces be added if not on plan. Otherwise and additional DSMR will be required.
