A man gate must be provided at the north east corner of this parcel to allow pedestrian access from the development along the north side to the Rillito pedestrian path and visa versa. 2. A handicapped access ramp should be provided from the sidewalk along the north side of the proposed building close to the driveway along with a crosswalk leading to a access ramp along the north sidewalk. 3. Decomposed granite is not an approved material for the sidewalk requirement as listed in D.S. 2-08.3.1. The development standard may be modified if supporting documentation stating that the decomposed granite can be used to provide an accessible route based on a certain thickness/depth and compaction or if mixed with a specific percentage of cement to provide smoothness and durability as concrete or brick pavers. 4. The plan submitted for CDRC review does not match the approved preliminary development plan submitted during the rezoning process. Any deviation from the preliminary development plan (P.D.P.) must be reviewed and approved by the Rezoning Principal Planner. Please contact Daniel Castro, Craig Gross, or Aline Torres for more information on the proposed changes to the sidewalks along Stone Avenue and the sidewalk that was proposed to connect to the River Park pedestrian path as depicted on the P.D.P.. 5. Please contact Glenn Hicks with COT Parks and Recreation and Steve Anderson with Pima County Parks and recreation with regards to the sidewalks proposed for elimination as part of this DSMR.
