DSD Zoning Review Section
PROJECT: DSMR-05-14
Multi-family Development (2 residences)
3452 E. Grant Road
Development Standard modification Request
Transmittal date: June 4, 2005

COMMENTS: See conditions of approval

1. Provide some form of barrier along the west property line to control vehicular activity or parking on the private parcel. It is also preferred that vertical curbs are installed along the east side to prevent on street parking thereby creating a safety concern with regards to emergency vehicles.

2. The sidewalks must be depicted, dimensioned, and labeled on the site plan.

If you have any questions about this transmittal, please call David Rivera, (520) 791-5608.
06/06/2005 MKALTHO1 COMMUNITY PLANNING REVIEW Approved The DSMR is in substantial compliance with plan policies.

06/06/2005 DALE KELCH TRAFFIC TRAFFIC Approv-Cond Traffic Engineering recommends APPROVAL of this DSMR contingent on the following condition:

1. The gate that is depicted at the southern end of this private drive isn't real clear as to its location. This gate can not block access to the parcel to the south. If the gate is on the property to the south, that is OK. It just isn't real clear on the submitted plan.
